greetings to all visitors,

[biography] [recordings] [teaching] [dates] [gear] [contact]

In this site, you will have an updates about my past, present and future activities that I have been pursuing for almost 20 years which are teaching and performing the music of my instrument of choice: The Guitar.

After relocating in the USA in 1995 a lot of great things happened (musically speaking).  I have come closer and closer to the one of Americas truly unique art form, Jazz.  Although I have always been an admirer and a performer of many styles of music like R&B, Funk, Brazilian, Classical, and World music of different cultures, it was the challenges of improvised music that attracted me the most.

There are absolutely countless legends of Jazz and jazz guitar in particular that I owe respect for my ongoing research and journey to master this art form, but this page will be too small to contain even half of their names so I still believe that my music can speak for itself regarding that matter.

In the future, I attend to post  more and more samples of my playing for you to enjoy or just to analyze, and this site will be a good tool to do that.
